    33-40 hours for full-time staff    
    Paid holidays for full-time staff   
    PTO after 1 year for full-time staff

    Responsibilities: As an RBT, you will work in a 1:1 behavioral therapy setting with your client. You will work on teaching play skills, social skills, listening, classroom activities and more! 

    Keeping your client safe and in sight always
    Following the appropriate schedule of programming per individual client   
    Follow client reinforcement schedule  
    Identify function of behavior and follow Behavioral Intervention Plan accordingly   
    Facilitate positive interactions between your client and peers   
    Ensure all data being documented accurately 
    Attempt to teach all targets to full independence  

    Requirements – Entry Level Experience: RBT Certificate required
    Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
    Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)

    Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

    License: CPR/First Aid (Preferred, must be able to obtain), RBT certificate (required, must be able to obtain)  

    Work authorization: United States (Required)

    Required travel: for background check 

    You must be 18 years of age or older
    Ability to work a minimum of 33 hours full-time
    Valid driver’s license or state ID
    You must be able to pass a drug test
    Ability to pass state and/or federal background check
    Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed
    Must be able to lift 50lbs
    Must be able to stand, walk, and run as needed throughout the day
