Licensed Practical Nurse

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on clinical care and oversight for our senior residents. This role is ideal for an LPN who takes ownership of resident outcomes, acts with integrity, and thrives in a collaborative senior living environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice

 

• Administer and oversee medications and treatments

 

• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition

 

• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care partners

 

• Supervise and support caregivers, CNAs, and Med Techs as assigned

 

• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record

 

• Support care planning, service plans, and regulatory compliance

 

• Follow infection control, safety, and clinical policies

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• Active LPN license in good standing

 

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

 

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred

 

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

 

• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills

 

• Ability to lead with professionalism and integrity

 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
