Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time (AM/PM)

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team- someone who not only delivers exceptional resident care but also leads by example, inspires excellence, and motivates care staff to perform their best.  If you're a natural leader with a heart for seniors and a drive for team success, we want to hear from you!

LPN Duties:

• Reports to the Wellness Director
• Work every other weekend
• Responsible for providing clinical leadership and nursing care to meet the needs of the residents
• Provides direct oversight to direct care staff and ensures completion of talks
• Provides direct care and assists PSAs and CNAs as required
• Charts on residents, manages and administers medication
• Performs other duties consistent with position as assigned

LPN Qualifications:

• Must have current license as an LPN in the state of employment
• Two years of experience in Assisted Living or Dementia Care (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience working with an electronic health record system
