The Claiborne at Baton Rouge is seeking a Community Relations Director whose primary focus will be outside business development—creating and nurturing professional referral networks that support the growth and occupancy of our senior living community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in the field, building partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, senior service providers, and community organizations.
*Base pay plus monthly commission

What You'll Do:

Serve as the face of Claiborne Senior Living in the community, actively promoting our brand and services through field-based business development.

Build and maintain a robust network of professional referral sources including hospitals, rehab centers, senior centers, and other key partners.

Identify new lead generation opportunities through outreach, networking events, professional presentations, and grassroots marketing.

Drive qualified traffic and referrals into the community to support lease-up and maintain occupancy goals.

Collaborate with the Executive Director and internal sales team to ensure warm handoffs and a smooth prospect-to-resident transition.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of referral activity and sales performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior Experience in Marketing and Sales
- B.A./B.S. preferred.
- Excellent writing/communication skills
- Telephone sale experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Minimum 3 years experience
