Vice President of Sales

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a passionate, results-oriented Vice President of Sales to champion our sales strategy and energize our teams to drive occupancy across our growing portfolio of senior living communities. This executive leader will focus on motivating performance, maximizing existing tools and processes, and delivering measurable results that align with company goals.

About the Role:
The Vice President of Sales is a hands-on, people-first leader responsible for optimizing occupancy, driving sustained revenue growth, and enhancing sales effectiveness. You’ll lead a high-performing team, partner closely with marketing and operations, and play a key role on our executive leadership team to help shape our future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire, coach, and support the sales team to exceed occupancy goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Build on existing systems, tools, and best practices to create consistent, scalable sales success.
• Foster a strong sales culture grounded in accountability, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
• Monitor performance metrics and occupancy trends to provide clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to align efforts and maximize lead conversion.
• Serve as a strategic partner on the executive team, contributing to overall business growth and direction.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership in a senior sales role, ideally within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or other service-driven industries.
• Demonstrated ability to increase occupancy and grow market share in a competitive landscape.
• Strong data fluency—comfortable using KPIs and reports to guide decisions and performance management.
• Success in building and mentoring high-performing, mission-driven teams.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• A leadership style rooted in service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
