Concierge

The Avaline at River Oaks is seeking a dedicated and personable weekend Concierge to join our team in Memphis, TN. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for our residents and visitors. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact, delivering a high standard of hospitality and support within our community. 

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage access control and maintain security protocols at the property entrance.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and handle requests with a positive attitude.
• Coordinate deliveries, packages, and reservations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and logs related to daily concierge activities.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.

Requirements

• Ability to work every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Dependable and punctual with a professional appearance.
• Familiarity with Memphis, TN, and its surrounding areas is a plus.
