Property Maintenance Personnel

Property Maintenance Personnel – The Admiral’s Inn located in Ogunquit, Maine is seeking a highly organized, proactive and motivated individual with outgoing personality to perform day-to-day upkeep of our hotel. Maintenance will include but not limited to general building repairs both interior and exterior, carpentry, interior and exterior painting, plumbing, lighting, and other emergency repairs to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, this position will liaise with the hotel management team and 3rd party companies for large scale issues pertaining to heating and air conditioning equipment, laundry machinery, electrical and other occurrences needing repair that are beyond the capabilities of the Maintenance Personnel.

Knowledge of daily maintenance and upkeep for in ground pools and hot tubs is preferred but not required. Training can be arranged.
