SERVICE PORTER

Description of the role

The Service Porter at Terrebonne Ford in Houma, LA will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and organization of our service department.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
• Keep service drive clean and organized
• Keep shop area clean and organized
• Keep grounds area clean and attractive
• Assist service technicians as needed
• Transport customer vehicles safely
• Provide shuttle service to customers
• Operate forklift and man-lift equipment
• Involves light facilities maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
