Skilled Laborer

Ten Mile is seeking Skilled Laborers to join our team at Ten Mile, located in Washington. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to assist with construction and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This position works heavily with Poly Pipe and Oil & Gas Reclamation.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and criminal background/MVR check
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicle operation
• Previous experience in a laborer or similar role preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites
• Perform duties as assigned
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Report to work at the designated start time
• Great attention to detail and stress tolerance
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite
• Able to work in all weather conditions

Environment
This position will require working outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high, with occasional periods of time exposed to machine noise.
