  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert advice on Mazda models.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about promotions and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

 

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Dealership experience preferred but not required. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and handle multiple customers effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
