- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Dealership experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and handle multiple customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent
