Title/Office Clerk

Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet GMC of Neosho is seeking a reliable and organized Title/Office Clerk to join our team in Neosho, MO. This role involves performing a variety of administrative, accounting and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our dealership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have basic accounting knowledge, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with managing phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Assist with inventory and supply management.
• Manage and process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain records for title work related to vehicle registrations and transfers.
• Coordinate with dealerships and state agencies to ensure proper title documentation.
• Maintain organized files related to accounts payable and vehicle titles

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).```
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
