Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing equipment parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service team to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure availability of parts.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to advise customers on appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of equipment parts and equipment repair, including identification, compatibility, and application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software used for inventory management and customer relations.
  • Technical certifications or training is a plus.
