Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing equipment parts.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service team to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure availability of parts.
- Utilize technical knowledge to advise customers on appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining customer records.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of equipment parts and equipment repair, including identification, compatibility, and application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used for inventory management and customer relations.
- Technical certifications or training is a plus.
