Job Description: Entry Level Auto Body Shop Receptionist/Office Administration
 
 
Overview
The Receptionist is the first person many customers converse with when seeking information on a vehicle or service need. By phone and/or in person this person will effectively and happily communicate with these customers and assist them in their inquiries. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented receptionist to join our FUN & awesome team. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to Auto Body customers on the phone, in person and throughout the repair process
  • Ensure Repair Order file accuracy
  • Greet customers and schedule vehicle delivery and pick-up
  • Keep customers informed about completion times, costs, and changes
  • Assist customers with rental vehicles
 
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills including oral, written and electronically
  • Excellent customer service skills to address client inquiries professionally
  • Must be reliable with attendance and work well in a team setting
  • Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Familiar with CCC One a MUST
  • Bilingual abilities a MUST, Spanish speaking enhancing communication with diverse clients.
