Leppo Rents Bobcat of Akron — Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands (and boots) dirty? No experience? No problem! We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable person who doesn’t mind getting wet and dirty to help us keep our compact construction equipment looking sharp. 

About the Role: In this role you’ll kickstart your career by keeping our equipment clean and our yard organized—working outdoors in all kinds of weather, including sun, rain, and cold. No experience needed, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 

What You’ll Do:

• Pressure wash Bobcat and other compact construction machines
• Keep equipment clean and ready for customers
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a tidy wash bay area

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience needed — we’ll train you!
• Willingness to work outdoors and get a little messy
• Dependable, hardworking, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
