Part-Time Seasonal Yard Specialist

About the role: Responsible for general cleaning, groundskeeping, and support tasks across the dealership to keep the facility clean, organized, and running smoothly during the busy season.

Business Operating Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Clean and maintain bathrooms, break room, and conference room
• Take out trash and cardboard throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, and dust showroom areas as needed
• Restock showroom parts and assist with inventory
• Transfer/deliver incoming parts from the main building to the prep area
• Assemble new Stihl units for showroom display
• Clean up trash from yard and parking areas
• Apply weed killer to landscape beds and other designated areas
• Wash Bobcat equipment as requested
• Support parts specialists by shelving stock and daily parts orders
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Reliable and punctual, with good attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, cleaning, and outdoor tasks
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Previous experience in general labor, janitorial work, landscaping, or equipment handling is a plus, but not required
