Corporate Development Summer Internship

Syzygy Plasmonics, Inc. is seeking a 2024 summer intern to join its Finance & Corporate Development team. The paid internship would consist of approximately 10 weeks, approximately 40 hours per week, and would be located at Syzygy’s headquarters in Pearland, TX.

The internship is primarily focused on supporting Syzygy during the preparation and tentative launch of a Series D equity financing round. This would consist of developing marketing materials and presentations, helping contribute to process strategy, tracking conversations with prospective investors, and other tasks related to the capital raising process.

Prospective candidates should be pursuing an MBA or majoring in finance, accounting, economics, or other related fields. Candidates should have a strong foundation in finance and accounting concepts and possess an interest in the capital raising process.

Syzygy Plasmonics is a Series C company building all-electric chemical reactors to produce a number of low-carbon chemicals and products. Syzygy is in the early stages of commercializing its reactor technology for applications producing hydrogen and clean fuels.
