Are you friendly, organized, and someone who enjoys helping others? At Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community, we're looking for a dependable Front Desk Associate to create a warm and welcoming experience for residents, families, and visitors. What You'll Do

• Welcome Guests: Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

• Answer Phones: Respond to inquiries and direct calls promptly and courteously.

• Support the Team: Assist with filing, scheduling, data entry, and other clerical tasks.

• Provide Tours: Give welcoming and engaging community tours to prospective residents and families.

• Maintain the Front Desk: Keep the reception and lobby areas organized, clean, and inviting.

• Be a Team Player: Provide additional front desk support as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Friendly & Professional: Create a positive first impression and welcoming environment.

• Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.

• Organization: Multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a busy environment.

• Computer Skills: Be comfortable using basic computer systems and completing office tasks.

• Experience: Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred.

• Availability: Flexible availability for shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday–Sunday, based on staffing needs.
