We’re now hiring a Center Director to lead our Northwest Omaha center, managing day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding experiences for families and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage overall day-to-day operations of the learning center

• Conduct academic assessments and develop personalized learning plans

• Build strong relationships with students and families

• Monitor student progress and hold regular progress meetings with parents

• Meet center goals for enrollments, revenue, and expense management

• Hire, train, and manage instructional staff

• Lead marketing and outreach efforts in local schools and the community

• Ensure a high-quality educational experience for every student

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, education, or business management

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

• A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate a team

• Confidence in handling both front-end and back-end operations

• Comfortable using technology (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, MS Office, etc.)

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work some evenings and occasional Saturday mornings

What We Offer:

• Base salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year (based on experience)

• Monthly and annual bonus opportunities based on performance

• 12 days PTO in your first year, increasing to 18+ in year two

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Some Saturdays (typically half-days, 2x per month)

• Evening availability 2–3 times per week
