Job Description:

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and organized Public Relations Assistant to join our team and support our public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand image, managing communications, and fostering positive relationships with media and the public. This position involves coordinating PR campaigns, drafting press releases, monitoring media coverage, and assisting in event planning. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations campaigns and strategies.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases to ensure effective outreach.
• Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on industry trends and public perception.
• Support the planning and coordination of events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with media monitoring tools and PR software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
