Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the production industry and develop foundational skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up production equipment and workspaces before filming or events.
• Support the production team with organizing and managing production materials and supplies.
• Help coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.
• Assist in tracking and updating production schedules and call sheets.
• Provide on-set assistance during shoots or events, including managing talent and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or related field is a plus.
• Strong interest in film, television, or media production.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends if required.
