Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, contribute to content creation, assist with market research, and help in analyzing campaign performance. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support the creation of engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Help organize promotional events and coordinate marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to analyze data and generate simple reports.
