Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize executive calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office supplies inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative support are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
