Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness across various channels. As a Marketing Associate, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting customer engagement and enhancing our company’s online presence. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences.
• Develop and manage content for social media platforms and email marketing.
• Support the production of promotional materials such as brochures and flyers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or related roles, internships included.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and ROI.
