Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. As a Call Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to assist customers effectively.  

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
  • Assist with order processing and track delivery status for customers.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
