Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our data management efforts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the input, maintenance, and retrieval of data across various platforms. As a key contributor to our administrative operations, you will be responsible for processing and managing a large volume of information while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inputting data into databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verifying and updating existing data to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry operations.
• Reviewing and analyzing data for discrepancies and errors, and correcting them as needed.
• Maintaining organized files and electronic records to facilitate easy retrieval.
• Communicating with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues promptly.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Familiarity with office equipment and data entry software, such as MS Excel and database management systems.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
