Think Tell Are you passionate about events and looking to jumpstart your career in the event management industry? We are seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate conferences to social gatherings. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
• Communicate with clients to determine their needs and expectations for events.
• Support the logistics of event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Create and manage event schedules and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
• Help with on-site management of events, addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• A passion for events and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional experiences.
