Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to quality service.  

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the company database.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete resolution.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle difficult customers.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
