Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the company's operations by ensuring the accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of our data records. You will be responsible for inputting data into various systems and managing databases to support our team in achieving operational excellence. 

Responsibilities:

• Inputting and updating data into computer systems and databases
• Verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered
• Reviewing and correcting data entry errors
• Maintaining an organized filing system for physical and digital records
• Generating reports from various data sources as needed
• Assisting in data cleansing to ensure data integrity

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related field are a plus
• Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality concerns
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
