Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional environment while providing essential support to our executives and team members. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks.   

Responsibilities

• Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate meetings and arrange travel logistics as needed.
• Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Maintain files and records in an organized manner.
• Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
