Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data records. In this position, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. 

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
• Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
• Assist in data cleaning and data validation processes to ensure high data quality.
• Compile reports and summaries of data as needed for various departments.
• Communicate with team members to clarify data entry needs and respond to inquiries.

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfortable with data entry software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members effectively.
