Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Help organize and coordinate meetings and events.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
