Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and personable Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, creating a warm and welcoming environment for visitors, and ensuring smooth communication within our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage and oversee the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
