About the Role: As a Communications Coordinator at Think Tell Junction, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging that aligns with our brand and values. You will play a key role in enhancing our public image and supporting our strategic goals through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Think Tell Junction's initiatives and enhance brand awareness.
  • Create, edit, and distribute content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles with engaging and relevant content.
  • Coordinate media relations efforts, including handling press inquiries and organizing press events.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesive and aligned communication efforts.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications or public relations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
