Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Commercial Laundry Production Workers. This position plays a vital role in processing linens, uniforms, towels, mats, and other textiles in a fast-paced industrial laundry environment. Team members will work in various production areas including sorting, washing, drying, finishing, folding, packaging, and shipping.

No previous laundry experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are committed to safety, quality, and attendance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sort and organize soiled linens and textiles according to company procedures.
• Load and unload industrial washers, dryers, and other production equipment.
• Operate laundry processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect linens and garments for stains, damage, and quality issues.
• Fold, stack, package, and prepare clean laundry for delivery.
• Maintain production pace to meet daily goals and customer requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist in other departments as assigned by supervisors.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient production and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or laundry experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working in a warm, humid, and noisy production environment.
• Ability to work around industrial equipment safely.
