About the Role
We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to help keep products moving accurately and efficiently through our Ferndale warehouse.
You'll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving incoming shipments, and ensuring every order leaves our facility correctly and on time.
This is a hands-on role that keeps you active throughout the day and has a direct impact on our customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation
- Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory control
- Process returns and damaged goods
- Maintain shipping and receiving records
- Support a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
On a typical day, you'll be picking and packing orders, preparing shipments for carriers such as UPS and FedEx, helping maintain inventory accuracy, and working closely with a small team to keep products organized and moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
