Who Are We Looking For?
The Senior Brand Manager will serve as a key architect of our brand’s evolution, owning the strategic vision and execution of how we show up in the market. This role will lead the development of integrated marketing plans that bring our brand expression to life across every touch point, from product storytelling and campaigns to digital, retail, and experiential channels.
With a deep understanding of athlete culture and consumer behavior, this individual will craft narratives that emotionally connect with our diverse community, from everyday movers to elite competitors. They’ll work cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader—someone who can think strategically while also diving into the day-to-day details of planning and execution. This is a high-impact role designed for someone passionate about sport, performance, and building enduring brand affinity in a competitive and fast-paced category.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to develop the long-term brand strategy, positioning, and narrative in alignment with company goals
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring messaging, creative, and media align with brand vision
- Partner with product, creative, media, and retail teams to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across all consumer experiences
- Manage seasonal brand calendars, working closely with creative, content, and channel teams to drive execution
- Leverage insights, market research, and trend analysis to inform brand planning and creative direction
- Collaborate with external agencies, athletes, influencers, and brand partners to extend reach and enhance authenticity
- Track brand performance through KPIs (awareness, perception, engagement), and optimize strategy based on results
- Serve as a brand steward—ensuring voice, tone, and visuals are consistent and on-brand across all platforms
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
- Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns in the sporting goods, lifestyle, or consumer products space
- Strong understanding of brand development, consumer behavior, and cultural trends within the sports and fitness industries
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing external partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Passion for sport, movement, and performance culture

Compensation: $130k - $150k annually DOE + company & SMART bonus opportunities
Location: Remote (or Hybrid, depending on location).
