Parts Counterperson

Suntrup Ford (Westport) is seeking a skilled Parts Counterperson to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing parts inventory and processing orders. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.15 to $28.58, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating parts needed for repairs and service.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using electronic systems.
• Maintain organized inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly managed.
• Collaborate with service and repair departments to ensure timely parts delivery.
• Provide expert knowledge and advice on Ford parts and accessories.

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred in the automotive parts field, ideally with Ford parts.
• Familiarity with CDK parts management systems is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
