We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to oversee all aspects of our digital advertising strategy across three locations. This role is responsible for managing digital ad performance, controlling budgets, and driving online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all digital ad spend across three locations, ensuring effective allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Display, Retargeting, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Manage and track budgets, ensuring advertising spend stays within set parameters while achieving campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership and location managers to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvements, new ad platforms, or emerging technologies to drive performance.
  • Oversee eCommerce initiatives, including online promotions and digital sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and eCommerce management, preferably across multiple locations or brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent budget management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
