Restaurant Reservations Coordinator/Supervisor

We are looking for a Restaurant Reservations Coordinator/Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Latitudes Restaurant. The Restaurant Reservations Coordinator position is responsible in assisting in the efficient operational functions of the restaurant, restaurant bar & lounge, and special events. The Restaurant Reservations Coordinator will provide efficient and legible service to all guests in a professional manner in harmony with the restaurant's service standards.

Responsibilities for the Reservations Coordinator:

•  Answer Phone calls, reply to emails, check & answer phone messages
•  Handle communication with large parties wanting to dine at Latitudes
•  Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, including special requests, dietary restrictions, and event details.
• Monitor reservation system to manage table assignments and optimize seating capacity.
• Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested.
• Communicate reservation details to the front-of-house team, kitchen staff, and management.
• Address reservation conflicts or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Resolve guest complaints related to reservations or seating arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guest
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Reservations Coordinator:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1+ year in related field of restaurant, banquets, and hospitality is preferred
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to handle physical activity including bending, lifting up to 25-30 pounds, and other strenuous activities
• Must maintain a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to the guest experience
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
