What You’ll Do

• Be the Expert: Guide customers through the entire car-buying process, from the first "just looking" to the final handshake.

• Master the Product: Stay up-to-date on Ford’s latest tech, towing capabilities, fuel economy, trim levels, performance specs, safety, etc.

• Build Your Brand: Use social media, phone, and email to maintain a robust pipeline and follow up with your "sold" customers (your future referrals!).

• Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves Sunset Ford feeling like they just received a premium experience.
