Automotive Sales Consultant / Product Specialist

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven New Car Sales Consultant to help customers find the Subaru that fits their lifestyle. You’ll guide customers through the sales process, deliver an exceptional experience, and play a key role in hitting monthly sales goals. What We Offer:

• Expected yearly salary is between $50,000 - $150,000

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers in the showroom, on the lot, and via phone/online leads

• Conduct product presentations and test drives of Subaru models

• Present pricing, lease options, warranties, and maintenance programs

• Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I), Service, and Management teams

• Maintain CRM notes, follow-ups, and prospect pipeline

• Achieve monthly volume and customer satisfaction goals

• Develop repeat and referral business

What You Bring:

• Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred (new car sales a plus)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed

• CRM and computer proficiency

Preferred Skills:

• Subaru brand familiarity

• Automotive financing/leasing knowledge

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
