Responsibilities - Service Manager:

  • Generates revenue, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
  • Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
  • Maintains customer service records in computer system
  • Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
  • Oversees employee training and development
  • Ensures a safe working environment
  • Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired

 

Requirements - Service Manager:

  • Service Manager experience is required
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures, work scheduling etc. is required
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have supervisory experience & leadership skills
  • Basic understanding of business management
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record
  • UPLOAD Resume
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
