Do you have a passion for helping people and a knack for technology? At Subaru Concord, we’re looking for a Love-Encore Specialist: a customer-focused, tech-savvy professional who ensures every new Subaru owner feels confident and cared for long after they drive off the lot.

This role is all about education, support, and building lasting relationships—not high-pressure sales. You’ll guide customers through personalized technology demonstrations and follow-up sessions that enhance their ownership experience and deepen their connection to the Subaru brand.

Your Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct Love-Encore appointments with new Subaru owners 14–60 days after vehicle delivery

• Provide in-depth walkthroughs of vehicle technology, safety features, and connected services

• Help customers enroll in SUBARU STARLINK™ and customize settings based on their needs

• Answer questions about infotainment, driver-assist systems, smartphone integration, and more

• Follow up post-visit to ensure satisfaction and offer continued support

• Collaborate with sales and service departments to create a seamless ownership journey

• Encourage online reviews, referrals, and long-term loyalty

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, patient communicator who enjoys helping others

• Comfortable explaining technology in clear, relatable terms

• Previous experience in customer service, tech support, hospitality, or education is a plus

• Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset

• Willingness to learn and complete Subaru certification (paid training provided)

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
