We’re a fast-paced, customer-focused Subaru dealership with a strong service team, modern tools, and a culture built around accountability, growth, and doing things the right way the first time.
We are currently looking to add one Service Advisor to replace a team member who is moving out of state and will no longer be able to commute here.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Write and manage repair orders (10–15 per day on average)
- Communicate vehicle needs using digital inspection tools and technician videos
- Provide clear, transparent updates throughout the service process
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Follow established processes and workflows consistently
Compensation
- Weekly salary + monthly commission
- Top performers earn $100,000+ annually
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Work Environment
- 9 technicians and a fully equipped shop
- Tablet-based workflow and digital inspections

Schedule
- 5-day work week
- Saturdays required (with a consistent schedule)
