Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. 


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review account status, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to coordinate client requests and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present account reports and updates to clients, demonstrating account performance and areas for improvement.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client account management, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging client situations tactfully.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
