About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across various channels. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting with the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies aimed at boosting our market presence and supporting sales objectives. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Develop engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email, and website
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing metrics
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing objectives
• Support the organization of promotional events and campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role is preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
