Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, showcase our products, and provide exceptional service that meets their needs. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment where customers feel valued and understood.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues with a positive attitude and with appropriate solutions.
• Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Basic math skills to handle transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
• A positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient in using technology, including retail point of sale systems and inventory management software.
