Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for handling various tasks that support our logistics and supply chain processes. Your primary duties will include receiving, processing, and storing inventory, as well as preparing orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company policies.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
