About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Sales Assistant to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales process by assisting with product demonstrations, managing customer inquiries, and providing vital administrative support. As the Product Sales Assistant, you will engage directly with customers, helping them to understand our products and how they can meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and product inventory
• Provide administrative support, including preparing sales reports and documentation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to learn about new products and market trends
