Job Description

A Customer Support Specialist is the frontline connection between a company and its clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an outstanding support experience. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

• Resolve client issues by identifying problems and providing accurate solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent client satisfaction

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets

• Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve services and processes

• Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies

• Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through processes and answering questions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

• Proven experience in customer support or client service roles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with customer support software and CRM tools
